Costs For Text Messaging & Phone Number
There are some additional costs associated with using Pro Agent Max. We strive to be 100% transparent about all costs involved. Pro Agent Max does not make any profits on any of these additional fees. You will be responsible for paying for your phone number (with whatever area code you want) plus the cost of your text messages. The phone number cost is $1.15/mo (or $2.15/mo if you purchase a toll free number). Text messages will cost $0.0083 per message. If you are sending text messages that include links, emojis, files or images, then the cost will be $0.02 per segment for outbound, and $0.01 per segment for inbound. To put this in perspective, $10 will give you roughly 1,205 messages. Also you will incur a one time fee for A2P registration (necessary for compliance) of approximately $22, plus a monthly fee of $1.70/mo. If you use the phone system to make and receive calls, then the cost for making phone calls is $0.0147/min and the cost for receiving phone calls is $0.0089/min. $10 will allow you to make roughly 680 calls and receive 1,125 calls.

Cost For Email
There is a cost of $10 for roughly 14,285 emails, which comes out to $0.0007 per email sent. Let’s say you send on average 2,000 emails per month. In this scenario, you will be billed a one time fee of $10 as soon as you start using email. Then you will not be billed anything until 7 months later, at which point you will be billed a one time fee of $10. Then you will not be billed $10 again until you have sent another 14,285 emails. These charges are very minimal, but we want to be transparent about the costs.

MAX AI Cost
Our MAX Ai employs the most advanced artificial intelligence technologies available. This powerful feature helps in scheduling and optimizing client interactions, with costs at around $0.025 per response. This is a pay-as-you-go model, and you only pay for what you use.

Cost For Running Ads
Additionally, you will be responsible for paying for your ads. We do not run the ads or generate the leads for you. We do, however, provide our EXACT ad templates that have been proven to work for us. And we give you all the tools to be up and running quickly. Pro Agent Max works best for agents who are willing and able to spend a minimum of $10/day or more.
